Privacy Policy
Effective October 19, 2026
This policy explains how Space Coast TechNova LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information you provide when visiting our website or requesting IT services.
Information we collect
When you submit our contact form, we receive the information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, optional phone number, customer type, service requested, preferred contact method, and request description. Please do not submit passwords, payment card details, or sensitive personal information through this form.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, discuss requested services, provide customer support, and maintain records of communications. We do not claim that submitting a request creates a formal support ticket or service agreement.
Contact form and spam protection
Our website uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check for automated submissions and Resend to deliver your request to our Microsoft 365 support inbox. These providers may process form data and technical information required to deliver and protect the service. Please do not submit passwords, financial information, or sensitive records.
Website hosting and security
Our website is hosted through Cloudflare, which may process technical information such as IP addresses, request details, and security signals to deliver and protect the site. Browser and service providers may also collect data according to their own policies.
Sharing and retention
We share information with service providers as needed to operate the website, deliver messages, and respond to requests, or when required by law. We retain inquiry information as needed for business communications and applicable legal obligations. Specific retention periods may vary by service and circumstances.
Your choices
You can contact us to ask about information you've submitted or request correction or deletion, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements. You can also contact us directly by email rather than using the web form.
Policy updates and contact
We may update this notice as our services evolve. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. For privacy questions, contact [email protected].
